Daphne Fuller
Daphne Fuller is the creator of Black Minds in Meditation, which brings trainings, workshops,
information and inspiration on yoga (meditation/breathing/mindfulness), positive psychology,
spirituality, culture and other holistic practices to the global African Diasporic community. She
is also the creator of the Kwanzaa Yoga Challenge ® and founder of Therapeutic Solutions and
Wellness, a mental health and wellness business in Fayetteville, NC, that was awarded 2018
Fayetteville Observer’s Reader’s Choice Award for Best Yoga Studio. Daphne is the mother of
one adult son.
Daphne is the creator of PEACE IS, a trauma and culturally informed, and mind, body, spirit
training. It is specifically designed for mental health professionals, yoga instructors, energy
workers and educators that work with BIPOC and marginalized communities. The goal of
PEACE IS, is to empower BIPOC in getting back to the essence of what PEACE IS on a
cellular level, healing not only the individual but the lineage of those that came before and will
come after, of deep-rooted stress and oppression. She has also the creator of Embracing You:
Sacred Self Love and Compassion Guide.
By trade, she is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor of 10 years, Certified Yoga
Instructor, Reiki, and Sound Practitioner, Speaker, Trainer, Author, and Daring Way Facilitator.
She has been featured in Psychotherapy Networker. Daphne worked in the public school
system for 13 years as a special education teacher and school counselor before becoming a
Military Family Life Counselor. She has a BA in Psychology from Georgia Southern
University and MA in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University.
